Refund Policy

Digital Products — No Refunds

The Shopify POD Profit Planner is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The Product is a downloadable Excel workbook (.xlsx file)
• You receive full access to the Product immediately after payment
• Digital goods cannot be returned once downloaded
• Refunds are not provided for change of mind, accidental purchase, or failure to read the product description

Exceptions

If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing or using the Product after purchase, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue. If the file is corrupted or defective, we will provide a replacement at no charge.

For delivery issues or technical problems, email fancydirty@gmail.com. Include your order reference and a description of the issue.

Chargebacks

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks for digital products that were successfully delivered. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we will work to resolve any issues.
